Official Giveaway Rules

  1. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees, partners, and immediate family members of HI Hospitality LLC or DopeLoco are not eligible.

  2. How to Enter: Entries can be made via purchase or through the no-purchase alternative listed above. Each $10 purchase or qualified social entry equals one (1) entry.

  3. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random. Odds depend on total entries received.

  4. Prize Details: Winner receives a 4-night lodging stay for one traveler at Casa de DopeLoco, Sosúa, Dominican Republic, and an exclusive DopeLoco merch pack. Additional guests may stay at 50% off the nightly rate.

  5. Prize Terms: Non-transferable and has no cash value. Travel must occur within the stated travel window.

  6. Expenses: Winner is responsible for all other expenses, including meals, transportation, and travel documents (passport, etc.).

  7. Taxes: Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

  8. Publicity: By entering, participants grant DopeLoco and HI Hospitality LLC permission to use their name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes.

  9. Verification: Winner must provide valid identification and sign a release form before prize confirmation.
